Best birria AROUND. Drove down from Springfield to give these a try, and hands than the best. The meat is tender and well seasoned. The tortilla is cooked just right. I crave these everyday now. The passion fruit juice is AMAZING!!! Taste super fresh.

The tacos el pastor we’re amazeballs! The quesadillas with chorizo y papas was super flavorful. The only item we weren’t fans of the were the beans. But everything else was delicious including all the side sauces, fresh lime and veggies.

I got a chicken burrito bowl from Fuego when they were at Gastropark yesterday and my bowl was outstanding (the plantains!! <3). My friend got a quesadilla that smelled and looked SO good too. Every single thing in the bowl was delicious including the little salad/slaw. Highly recommend.

I have been a regular at the Fuego Picante food truck for years. The food has so much taste and is so fresh! I am looking forward to visiting their brick and mortar location in West Hartford. Their burritos are the best I have ever had. If you like shrimp, try the shrimp burrito!
