Tried the burrito , didn’t love it but didn’t hate it. I wouldn’t get it again if I went back. Service was great and atmosphere was mediocre. The men’s bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. All things said, I’d give this place another try but I’d definitely be selecting something else off of the menu.

Had high hopes for Fuegos Tacos but was disappointed. I got a taco plate that was $10. The tacos were small and there was like 3 bites worth of rice and beans. The meat was super dry and all around lacked flavor. The burrito was also dry. The hot sauces were very spicy and that’s about it and none of them were mild. The fresas con crema was good though! I think we’ll just stick with La Real Taqueria, they’re cheap, SO good and give awesome portion sizes.

I loved the customer service the lady was so nice and there was so many options available my fiancé and I ended up getting the lengua burrito and birria quesatacos! I got a mangonada and then a Fresca con crema to go! So bomb!! Also a plus they had some Mexican bread available to buy!

I really tried to give this place a chance. But despite the many other glaring problems, today I came in and got the absolute most terrible dry, asada tacos that really were all gristle. I can barely swallow and chew one bite it was all just spitting it back out. On top of that it was the first time I had their so-called margaritas. They scramble to find somebody who they thought knew how to make one. Regardless it was $10 per cup of ice.

2.5 stars really. New Mexican restaurant just opened which gives Newberg like 10 Mexican options, all are pretty average …. At Fuego taco the lady behind the counter did a good job and was nice . I ordered a carnitas taco plate , the tacos were a 3.5/5 , solid street tacos . The beans and rice however were average at best . Rice had a weird taste to it . For me , if a Mexican restaurant doesn’t have good rice and beans then that’s not a good sign of what might be to come . I noticed they have a lot of birria items on the menu so I’ll probably go back to try that .
