Went there last night, and while in general this was our best experience at Hard Rock, Fuel American Grill was the highlight. Every person there that we interacted with was friendly and even understanding to what i thought was our unusual needs. Food came out quickly. I took it to our hotel room and ate while wife came back later and at that time was too late to eat, so she brought it home and heated it up at home and her exact words were “those cheeseballs were AMAZING” so she was just as happy with hers next day as I was having mine fresh. I say you gotta try the cajun shrimp.

Food is okay. Cashier’s are trash. Tips should def go to cooks. Def needs improvements… With as busy as the hard rock is, with everyone in town bein there, u would think the restaurant would be more than a 1 or 2 star service.

Great breakfast burrito! Made it from scratch and put in everything I asked for. All of the employees were great! But Mark (behind the counter), was friendly, polite and professional. These, are the kind of employees any company should retain with above average compensation!

Service has gone downhill since this casino was bought out by Churchill Downs. Ordered wings tonight at 9:10pm and had to cancel order at 9:55pm due to unable to eat after 10pm.

Service and food wouldn’t know because we didn’t get to eat there since you have to be 21 and older to walk thru to get to the restaurant. I guess its not a family friendly restaurant. No kids allowed.

The place is connected to the casino thus it was smoky. The pancakes were tasteless. Had to go to the counter to get syrup. It was packaged in Styrofoam, plastic silverware so that you could take it to your room. Thank goodness we didn’t cuz we also needed to ask for butter. It was frozen. English muffin not toasted at all. Everything on top of the napkin. Yuck!
