Fugetsu is a Japanese sit-down restaurant located near Chinatown in Las Vegas. The restaurant has a chic and modern ambiance and offers Japanese Izakaya type cuisine.

As someone who grew up in Osaka where all the “-yaki” foods are literally the best, this place in comparison feels like cheap 55¢ top ramen quality. The okonomiyaki is heavily drenched in sauce which ruins it altogether, even when I asked for little sauce I feel like I’m eating soup with a side of okonomiyaki. The yakisoba was the most disappointing though, I feel like of there is something you could not possibly mess up it would be yakisoba, but they manage to find a way to do so in this restaurant. All I got where extremely thick soggy noodles drenched in soy and salt. I literally could not eat it at all because it was that bad. But hey they have an AYCE option now so yeah?

We ordered spicy chili tofu and takoyaki for appetizers – which were both delicious – and okonomiyaki and salmon for dinner. I love love love okonomiyaki but felt this one wasn’t very substantial, it just fell apart. Appreciated takoyaki value but other than that, didn’t feel it was special enough for a repeat visit.

I love this place, and they are open until 1 am. Everything on the menu is good, and you can order 1/2 orders on appetizers.

I went here for my last meal in Vegas, was not disappointed. Everything was good, everyone there was super friendly. It wasn’t too far from the Las Vegas strip. I would recommend coming to try this spot out.

Incredible !! I’m so happy I was able to come during their grand opening. The food is extremely tasty and the staff is very friendly. They have a really nice beer tower that is unique from Asahi. You can feed 6 people easily. They have a large selection of okonomiyaki to choose from and the cheese okonomiyaki is very tasty. We tried a good number of appetizers including the chicken kaarage and sashimi which was really fresh. They have a very unique tasting yakisoba that is a little harder texture than what you’d normally be used to, but it works! I would suggest trying the Yaki Onigiri as they fry the rice in a ball and it tastes amazing. The crispy shell of the rice really complements the taste of the rice. Overall highly recommend coming here. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the food and alcohol and if I’m back in Vegas I would eat here in a heartbeat.

Hands down the best Japanese food in Vegas. The quality of their sashimi is very high for Vegas. Especially liked the Tai sashimi with the skin on. We also had their extra large Asahi beer tower that was awesome! Great place to both eat and drink!!

I’m from Osaka, there’s never been any authentic restaurant that serves authentic okonomiyaki straight from Osaka till now! So happy that it’s here now! To top it off, the desserts were a killer!
