I tried the chicken hibachi, miso soup, their new cheese and steak egg roll and I must say I was beyond impressed. Their service was super fast and I was in and out within 10 minutes, super affordable and extremely delicious. Do give their smoothies a try as well!

This has quickly become one of my favorite places for lunch. It’s just a quick lunch counter so it’s not super fancy, but the food has always been great. I’ve only ever had the bento box, but I don’t really need anything else. It’s a ton of delicious food for pretty cheap, and out of all the places I’ve tried in my 15 years working in this area it’s probably the best combination of quality, price and portion around.

My husband and I both agree that this was the most disappointing poke we’ve had. The salmon was fishy. If you’re ordering a larger size, there’s no way at the touch screen ordering to get double protein. You get to choose 4 toppings, but you can’t choose more, not even an option to pay for more. The touch screen ordering won’t allow you to go forward without choosing 2 different sauces whether you want them or not. It is also not a great value for the price. The bowls are small and amount of toppings is laughable. We seriously laughed.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They messed up an order and tried blaming ME for THEM not seeing the notes on the order. I was simply asking for it to be remade and redelivered but instead got IGNORED, so drove to the restaurant and continued to get blamed, not offered any apology or compensation but the lady on the phone was screaming to call Uber customer service. I frequent this place as their food is good but will never go back here again.

I have been a consistent customer at fugu express for the last three years since I work across the street. Unfortunately, today after receiving terrible customer service the restaurant has lost a customer. I won’t be going back to fugu as they not only ruined a gift from a friend but also my break & caused me to almost be late getting back to my job. The MANAGER was unable to apply my gift card at the register that my friend had gotten FROM THEIR WEBSITE. They offered no help and gave me no solutions to how I could use my gift card & only said that I could pay with some other method. After talking with my friend & asking where they got the gift card I was able to order my food and apply the gift card to the purchase from the website, but this method didn’t even charge the whole 25$ gift card and only applied $23.50 instead. It was a frustratingly poor experience & I’m completely disappointed in a restaurant that I had vouched for multiple times. No more

Excellently cooked chicken on the chicken poke box. It was over fried rice and vegetables. The fried side vegetables were too greasy though. The coconut soup was great. I had it with tofu. The salad sauce was really good.

Decent place with big portions. Order some kind of a bento box with salmon which was prepared pretty fast and tasted good. I was in a hurry, so this was exactly what I needed.

Lunch was pretty average here and I have no complaints about the food, it was just about what I expected for a fast food joint. But what I don’t appreciate is the staff physically shoving me out of the restaurant and threatening physical harm when I went in to ask for a free smoothie. Which was being advertised on a massive banner (photo included). I only noticed the offer after I finished my lunch, while sitting at a tablet on the sidewalk underneath the giant banner. The sign specified in small font that there was and $15 minimum purchase but nothing else. After spending close to $40 including a 20% tip, I decided to give it a try and get a taste of the smoothie. First the male employee said that the offer is only available with a sushi order but he oviously knew I ordered the bento box. Then I insisted on the fact that their sign didn’t mention that, so that’s when the guy lost it. I obviously didn’t need this headache nor the smoothie, so I hightailed it out of there. I don’t really like writing bad reviews but in this case it is well deserved. There is just no need for this kind of behavior. The owners here need to work on their business ethics and start hiring employees that will at least treat their customers like normal human beings.
