I ordered a shrimp tempura roll and a spicy crab roll this happened to me with this place once before in the Summer the shrimp tempura roll was completely disgusting it was hard and stale you could tell the shrimp was old and overcooked and spicy crab roll was very very stale I called spoke to the manager and I told her what happened and all she said to me was OK next time I’ll tell them not to overcook it she didn’t offer to re-cook the order and send it over to give us the money back for our purchase nothing that’s horrible because I’ve spent a lot of money on deliveries with this place in the past terrible terrible terrible

This place has went downhill in my opinion. This used to be our go to spot for sushi and it was of good quality. But now, the last few times, the sushi has been underwhelming and disappointing. We get the Sweet Potato Roll, and the past few times it has been undercooked and chewy. The Spicy Crab Roll has been unappetizing as of late too. I’ve had to wait for a while after arriving past the estimated time that my order would be ready. I understand they get a lot of orders but I give them a decent cushion and still end up waiting. I do not think we will be ordering from here again.
