The sashimi is outstanding and fresh. The Pho is delicious. The broth is liquid love. I highly recommend Fuji. I wanted to try both. So I spent more than normally I would. Worth it!

FYI before you order takeout or delivery- First time Pho eater here and I chose Fuji for my first experience. I ordered Uber Eats and when it came, it was disassembled (which is fine). However, all the meat was cold which I thought was weird, so it must be prepared in the morning or day before? Okay, whatever. But the part that really grossed me out was that they wrap raw beef in with the Pho components my boyfriend got, and never disclose this or tell you how to prepare it. I can figure out it goes in the broth, but I did not know that you have to do special prep for this meal (especially on a night I ordered food that would be ready to go because I didn’t want to cook). I called Fuji just to make sure it was supposed to be that way, and the lady said yes. When I expressed how it could be a food safety concern that it was not disclosed or explained how to make it, she got an attitude with me and said I’m the only one that’s complained about this. I wasn’t complaining, simply trying to explain that for people that haven’t eaten it and weren’t told it seems wrong to have to cook it and could be a concern if not done all the way… but I’m definitely complaining now. Anyways, the food was okay. I would maybe try it again at a different place, since my experience here was not the greatest. Definitely not something you want to get to-go since it’s messy and weird to assemble.

The server didn’t greet us, didn’t check on us, wasn’t offered anything to drink just water. Maybe it’s our color cause the opposite color came in they got all smiles and was welcomed. The lady at the register and the man wasn’t pleasant. She sat down didn’t get up to greet us.. Food was good but wasn’t trilled about the 18% gratuity for 2 people.

I was really hoping this place was a good place, it was Sunday 1 hour before close and there were a lot of employees there. This short bald man was yelling at the people for 10 to 15 minutes. I did notice that on the menu, there was an immediate 18% tip required for all orders. Once i asked if they could stop yelling, the bald man started yelling at me like he wanted to fight. His employees came out and were smiling in embarrassment. Then the man made racist comments to my wife. No business can succeed with this management.

I want to say I was surprised by the amount of up charges you pay at this establishment. Gratuity is automatic for dine in plus there is a sign that prices were I think 3.7% higher than listed menu prices. Worth the $85 for 3 people at noon?? No. I myself had the hibachi and it was not good. Meat was very over cooked. There was only one other table in there & my daughter was given a dirty spoon. Not even just slightly dirty like you couldn’t even scrap off the dried caked on food. It was very noticeable on there also. I won’t say they were rude but definitely not friendly either.

Extreamily poor service with lots of hidden fees. There’s an included 18% gratuity, and they’ll ask for another tip on top of that. We didn’t receive all of the food we ordered and the waitress was sarcastic when we asked for the additional food. There is a hidden Credit Card surcharge that isn’t listed, and we had to wait 40 minutes before we had to eventually ask for our check so we could leave. Drinks were not refilled. The food itself is quite nice, excellent even, but overall the hidden fees and poor service mean that I will not be returning, and I recommend you avoid it as a rule.

It was my first time dinning in. The food was definitely (no surprise there) better while sitting down instead of takeout/delivery. Unfortunately my food had inconsistent temperatures. The vegetables and rice were plenty warm, almost hot where the chicken was lukewarm. The steak was relatively cold as if it was cooked first and removed from the grill while the dish was finished. (Hibachi combo) Pur server definitely seemed bothered by waiting on our table. -1 for experience with service, -1 for the microwaving of my order instead remaking it. Creating the rice to become dry and overcooked.

This place will charge more than is posted on menus, automatic tips are added to your bill with no dispute or notice. This was my first time there and I will not be returning. 75$ for 3 rolls a bowl of soup spring roll and some pad Thai. Seriously not worth the wait.

The food was an absolutely delight, great way to spend a date night. Our server was very attentive I really wish I would have gotten his name but he was on top of things. I highly recommend the boba they serve it’s is refreshing and pairs well with their sushi if you are looking for a non alcoholic way to cleanse the pallet between dishes.
