This is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The Chinese woman there refused to talk Chinese with me when I request to talk with her. Because I know she is from China. She pretends not to understand me when I asked in English if she speaks Chinese. I know I speak very good English. But she is very proud of forgetting her mother country. It is good to come to America. But it is not good to forget one’s root. A person like her can never get respect from any people in the world. I am in America too. But I love America and China, American people and Chinese people at the same time. I was very upset by her attitude and walked away even if I was very hungry. She hurt my feelings and self-esteem.

I am big time into Chinese food. I love the food here. The issue is that they guard their homemade duck sauce like it’s gold. They used to sell you quarts of it. Sometimes they will tell you they don’t have it anymore, but they do! It’s in the cooler in a clear plastic jug against the wall. It reminds me of New England duck sauce – it is unique. Nobody sells it in NC that I know of. So, because duck sauce is a big part of the Chinese food experience for me and they are so stingy with it, I give them one star because it’s the duck sauce that sets this place apart from most of the other Chinese restaurants.

The food was normal Chinese food. Not the best… not the worst. But the lady who helped me was obviously having an extremely BAD day because she had an extremely BAD attitude. First bad review I’ve ever written … I will never go back. I work too hard for my money to be spent with ungrateful people.

Bad customer service. Placed a over the phone order just fine. Then all of a sudden they call back and say they are no longer taking phone orders, which I know for a fact it is not true as order was accepted from a different number.
