Not sure what kind of business owner asks you to bring in your food back because you asked for no mushroom. Sorry but I wasn’t going to waste my time taking both of my small babies back into the car to bring back food for your mistake. I guess Fuji Express rather lose a customer than just send a simple refund here’s the pics of the mushrooms so you know I wasn’t lying. Bad work ethic. Try better.

Quick in & out, safe for Covid. Pricing wasn’t horrible, but the food lacked flavor. Flavor is definitely missing from the hibachi items. Our order totaled $55. We also got 3 plates of fried wings, one plate appeared fresh, the other 2 plates.. the wings looked as if they had been sitting waiting to be ordered. I probably won’t return but if I do several people recommended the lemon pepper wings.

Never really busy here, but one of my favorite places to eat. A little expensive for one person but well worth it. The only thing that doesn’t meet my standards is the yum yum sauce. It’s good but not quite as good as the one at ichiban.

This was my first visit to Fuji. There’s plenty of parking and its wheelchair accessible. The place is larger inside than it looks. They offer dine in and carry options. There were a good number of take out orders being picked up. That was a good sign. We decided to dine in. I got the steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi platter with hibachi rice and veggies. The wife got the steak and shrimp version. You get a whole lot of chow for the money. A whole lot. We both had a good lunch for the next day. The food was quite tasty and properly cooked. The shrimp were firm and the steak and chicken were tender. The rice and veggies were also properly done. The price was reasonable. We’re thinking Fuji is going to be our go-to place for chinese/Japanese take-out.
