Fuji Express is my go to place for Japanese food in the area. You get a lot of food for the price and the sushi options are excellent (deep fried, raw, and vegetarian). The service is also pretty good, and I never wait too long for my order. I’ve never dined-in so I can’t speak for that experience, but my to-go orders are always correct and neatly packed with everything you need inside.

I decided to try this place out based on the reviews. It definitely didn’t live up to those reviews. I had several sushi rolls as well as hibachi. Everything was just ok. Not bad but not good. The hibachi was not very flavorful. It almost tasted like they put store bought mushroom gravy on it. The broccoli was freshish everything else was definitely premade. The sushi was just ok and because they put it all in the same bag it was warm. Warm raw fish probably not a good idea. We will not be back.

This place has the best hibachi express ever! Please support this business! The food is always cooked fresh. My fave is the shrimp and chicken hibachi! The establishment is clean and the customer service is excellent. They treat you with the utmost respect here. I drive 35 min+ to get my food and don’t mind because it’s worth it. I’m not sure who manages this business, but thank you for serving this community so well!
