Fuji Hibachi Express was a wonderful spot to order for lunch. I ordered a Sushi Platter for a party of 3 and was amazed it was done so quickly. I ordered online and was able to see the rolls and low prices, which made ordering quick and easy.

Very good! Came across this place while shopping in the plaza and it came highly recommended by a passer-by while were checking out the menu. Super convenient having the menu outside to see what they had to offer. Two meals cost us $27 of heaping delicious servings. Definitely enough to share and then some leftovers. We ordered Steak Teriyaki and the Hibachi Chicken Lunch Special. The Teriyaki Steak is served with mixed vegetables at the bottom with white rice (on the side) and a soda. The Hibachi Chicken is served with fried rice zucchini, onion, carrot, mushroom, broccoli, and a soda.

My brother and I decided to have a late lunch at this new Fuji Hibatchi Express establishment. Upon entering I immediately got the impression of a modern Asian vibe . The decor and lighting were soft and colorful. Not overwhelming . It was quiet during our visit which was a pleasant and welcome atmosphere after hours of shopping. We both ordered the lunch special which consisted of Chicken , fried rice and sateed vegetables. The food was cooked perfectly … chicken moist and full of flavor and the vegetables very appetizing . The staff were friendly and knowledgeable . Our visit was a very positive , delightful , dining experience and we will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend this new establishment .

Great place for a quick sushi fix. The tiger roll …. I tried the vegetable stir fry as well. It was very delicious! They have assorted bubble teas & marble sodas. Staff was very pleasant & attentive for an express style dining experience.

Very impressed by this place! They have a great lunch deal for hibachi and a drink or 2 rolls of sushi. The hibachi was delicious. High quality meat and fresh veggies, cooked perfectly. The sushi was very generously packed with fish and roe, really great quality and price! I’m very impressed and will be coming back again and again.

Went with my boyfriend for a lunch date after work, and this place did not disappoint! They give you big portions for the price and it was so so yummy! The workers were all very nice and attentive. I will be going back for the lunch special especially!

Okay so it’s a little more than I want to spend for what you get but what isn’t these days. Had the $17 combo comes with veggies and rice and a tiny yum yum sauce. No noodles,soup, or salad. Kobe isn’t even offering online ordering due to staffing issues so this is a nice alternative.
