I ordered from grub hub. I got the friendly roll I think that’s what it was called anyway. There were about 6/7 pieces and I was very disappointed for 22$ that was a kids snack. Otherwise the roll was good. But I would order to go from there ever again

My wife and I almost exclusively cook at home, but this is the one restaurant we keep going back to. About once a month we get an absurd amount of sushi for the two of us because we could never match the quality and price-point of the sushi if we made it at home. We haven’t dined in here since before COVID, so I can’t speak to how that is now, but the quality of the sushi is as good as it’s always been. The younger gentlemen who works the checkout counter is always pleasant, and out of the many orders I’ve placed there, they have never gotten one wrong.

I normally don’t leave reviews of a negative nature however, I felt the need to inform the public not to go here for sushi or sashimi. The sashimi was not fresh at all I did eat some of it but very little due to it being just a touch above disgusting. Service was ok but we were the only people in the place, and I did have to get up twice to request a drink. No need for managers or offer free food, quite frankly I wouldn’t take it.

Fuji has by far the best sushi in Huntsville, AL. The owner takes great pride in the quality of his ingredients and has delicious combinations hard to find at other sushi restaurants. That same quality applies to their kitchen entrees as well. They have a small staff, so if they are busy then expect to wait a while for your food since things are made in the order they are received. But I assure you, the wait is well worth it! Do yourself a favor. Get a Fuji Amazing Roll!!

My family and I went here to get some sushi and their house fried rice. I decided to order a udon noodle soup because it was recommended to me. The first red flag was that they had their son at the restaurant running back and forth. It took the server 10 minutes before she acknowledged us. We told her that this was our first time there and would like some recommendations. The young lady seemed new and a little confused so we just looked over the menu and placed our order. It took a while for our food to get cooked even though there was only one other couple there. My problem was that every single shrimp I had was not cleaned correctly. When I addressed this the server just apologized and walked away. We ordered some soft drinks and water which the water had a horrible after taste. I was told it was from the faucet . When my son received his ice tea the server accidentally spilled some on the sushi we ordered. She was ok with this and tried to walk away. I politely asked her to have some more made since I did not want to eat the tea soaked pieces. Our bill was over 60$ and I don’t believe that the service, faucet water or dirty shrimp where worth me ever wanting to go back.
