They have great customer service, I am just disappointed about the amount of meat or soba noodles you get when ordering a 15 dollar plate. We use to get big servings but the last 3 times we have ordered, I have had tiny pieces of steak and a small handful of soba noodles. I love this restaurant, but it has went down hill in the last 2 years!

I used to LOVE this place, even after Covid hit, but in the last few years it has went DOWNHILL! Food severely overcooked and/or order wrong. I have given them MANY attempts to earn my business back and yet nothing has changed! Ordered from there for dinner and thankfully I checked the order before leaving…. it was wrong and had to be corrected! Meat was cooked so much I could hardly chew it and I even ask to make sure the meat wasn’t overcooked. Sad to say things haven’t gotten better! I used eat here many times throughout the week but now I try it every now and then hoping it has changed! Ugh!

Used to like. Shrimp sauce watered down had no taste. Rice was bland and hard pieces in chicken. Probably won’t go back

I got the hibachi chicken and it was so good! The sweet carrots are my favorite part and these ones are perfect, not too mushy but not undercooked either, perfect amount of sweetness. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and there were juices seeping into the rice which made it all come together.

I ordered a 7 pc spicy tuna roll and I received a plain tuna roll. I called to tell them my order was wrong and the lady with a foreign accent told me I got what I ordered and proceeded to tell me I placed my order wrong. After I said no you wrote it down wrong she told me to bring it back and they would trade it out. I said I am back at work I can’t I was on my lunch break. She said if you can’t bring it back I can’t help you and hung up on me. Most of the staff is friendly but she is very rude.

Food is usually good. Today the lady who answered the phone was rude. I asked if I could get hibachi steak with broccoli and carrots and she responded “you don’t know what you order, mushroom and broccoli on hibachi” I didn’t know how to respond. I might not know what I’m ordering but that shouldn’t be a problem. You don’t have to be rude.
