Stopped here for a quick brunch and it was great! The serving staff were very friendly and quick with our orders. The food tasted incredible. We got chicken curry, ginger salad, and miso soup. All of it was delicious! Highly recommend this place!

We waited over an hour for a table on a stormy week night. It’s a very popular place! Service and chefs were great and very entertaining. Portions are big and the good was tasty. My personal issue was the amount of oil and butter used. What could be a fairly healthy dish was not. Also, being vegetarian, there were no other choices for protein like tofu, so veg is what I got.

We come here once almost every two weeks. It’s usually really great food & service. Tonight, we ordered over $200 worth of food including some sushi rolls. As the sushi rolls were handed out, we trusted that we each received what we ordered. My friend took one bite of the sushi roll the server handed her and asked if it was the correct item she ordered. The server was confused and walked away. She came back with the correct sushi roll. (Apparently the other couple in the party across the table ordered that particular sushi roll.) When we went to check out we noticed we were charged for the extra sushi roll we DID NOT ORDER nor did we eat! The manager, Sonja, proceeded to scream at us from the front counter near the front door. To say we were embarrassed was an understatement! She claimed we ate 3/4 of the sushi roll when in reality she took one bite. She said that it was their policy that if we ate the item we had to pay for it. I’m very upset because of the amount of money I spend in here annually. To be treated that way was uncalled for. Especially over $5. Sucks for this restaurant because they just lost a few thousand dollars a year. Typically I would recommend this restaurant but we will NEVER be back! Thanks for the poor service Sonja! Be sure to let Mr. Kai Chen know why his business is falling through the cracks under your so-called leadership!

Been going here for years. We always sit at a grill top. Food is always good. The wait is a little long at times but they try to keep it moving which isnt an issue. Definitely will continue to visit.

The food was ok at best. The service was slow, and the atmosphere was bland. I would not recommend this place if you want a special night out. I would only eat here again if I were very hungry and all the other restaurants in town were packed out.

The lady at the front counter is rude every time we go. She says “can I help you” in a condescending way instead of saying “hi or hello” in a nice way. They should make sure the front desk person has good customer service skills before sticking them up there

Guess they didn’t have enough cooks so we had to wait about 30 minutes and we were waiting at the door and my mom was freezing. Everyone was nice and polite, food was good. Cook could have ha a little more personality to make his cooking more fun but guess he was tired overall it was good. We were celebrating my mom’s 101 birthday.
