I’ve been wanting to try Fuji for a long time and tonight I went there for my birthday and I was impressed by the courteous and polite staff which was a good sign. I had seen the menu as had my girlfriend so we both knew what we wanted so we gave the waitperson, I don’t know his name but he did the little bow with folded hands after taking our order which came very quickly I might add. I had a drink called Magic Peach which was very tasty and very strong, the Spring Roll which were good sized crunchy and delicious, the Veggie Gyozyas which were fried to perfection and yummy and lastly the Avocado Roll from the Classic Menu also as good as any I’ve had. So all in all it was great way to spend my birthday eve, I give Fuji 5 stars! I look forward to my next visit!

This is the first time that I tried this place and I’ll definitely be coming back! The squid salad was really good, the shrimp dumplings were nice. I loved how fast they were with the food and how fresh the sushi was! The waiters were really nice and the chef surprised us with orange bear and it really made my day!!

My husband and I came here for dinner tonight. The service was fine, a bit slow but it was dinner time on a Saturday. My issues were with the food. My husband had the Japanese curry, he said there were very few veggies but overall it was ok. We ordered the fried calamari, it was very chewy and rubbery but it was better than my food. I ordered the hibachi (just at our table) chicken which is supposed to come with soup and salad, I received neither. The noodles were very salty and the chicken was kinda tough. My biggest issue was the piece of green plastic (maybe from a dish sponge or scrubber) I found in my noodles. We came here absolutely starving and were disappointed. Will not be back. We didn’t say anything to our servers because they seemed so busy and we didn’t want to wait forever for new food/all the food we ordered.

It was our first time there and the service was amazing from the moment we walked in. We were promptly seated and given time to look over the menu. The food was outstanding. I had two sushi rolls, miso soup and a house salad with Ginger dressing. Everyone was extremely polite and kept checking on us to see if we needed or wanted anything else. I highly recommend eating here. I’m looking forward to going back very soon.

Good food, great service! Get a little less than other restaurants of its kind but still plenty to fill you up and it tastes delicious!

Hibachi is very good. Attentive staff, also good. Price is competitive and a good value for the money. Decor is warm and inviting. Good ambiance. My only complaint is not with this restaurant but this type of venue in general. Who they seat next to you is completely random, so either you get lucky or you may find yourself subjected to people who couldn’t spell manners much less know what the word means. Last visit out found ourselves sitting by millennials who thought it was in good taste to watch videos on their phones at full volume while we waited on the chef and on several other occasions during dinner. Completely killed the previous vibe. Next time, I will ask for a private table or take more of my own friends.

This is my new favorite Asian restaurant! The place was super clean and classy, the staff was very friendly, but the major reason why is the food. We ordered several dishes and they were all absolutely amazing. They had the best sushi I’ve ever eaten! Yhe presentation of the food was amazing. Everything looked like it was straight out of a magazine and it tasted even better. We will definitely be going back.
