I recently visited the new sushi place “Fuji Sushi” in the Greenwood Mall and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered poke, something that I miss from my time in Hawaii. I really enjoyed the poke because it’s not something that you can find easily outside of Hawaii, so it was a nice treat.

I really enjoyed this sushi place. The gentleman was super nice and everything is rolled fresh. I got a shaggy dog roll and the avocado and cucumber roll. One roll is definitely enough food, but I think avocados and cucumbers really show you how fresh the ingredients are and I wanted to test it. I was super happy with the taste.

I had an awesome experience at Fuji Sushi! The sushi was incredibly delicious, and the service was fantastic. This is a must if you need something quick and love a good sushi roll and is conveniently located inside of the Greenwood Park Mall’s food court.

Uncooked combo was great, variety of tastes and textures with generous portions for the price. Tasted good and fresh. The man running it was very friendly, and if I didn’t have someone waiting at a table it would have been nice to sit at the bar.

I’ve eaten quite a bit of sushi and this is some of the best sushi I’ve had. It was made fresh after I ordered it and the owner is super nice. The portions are bigger than I expected and great for the price! I got the spicy tuna and the avocado cucumber, they were absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back here.
