Best Asian food I’ve had yet since moving from Hawaii to Washington. Just happen to come across it while traveling from Tacoma to Portland. A good variety of Japanese, Chinese and Korean favorites. Huge portions and a must for us to come back and try other dishes. The chicken is dark meat for the teriyaki and katsu so it’s totally not dry!!! Definitely not pink as mentioned in another review. It’s a little ways from I-5 but worth the extra 2-3 minutes from the freeway.

I was in town for some work. Tried Fuji just because it was close to my hotel. Honestly this was some of the best Asian stir fry I have ever had. I liked it so much I went back on day two. The spicy chicken was excellent and all very fresh. I had curry chicken the second day. Plenty for leftovers too. Give Fuji a try.

Chicken Katsu was the best I’ve ever had stateside. Crispy on the outside and thick & juicy chicken on the inside. Owned by Koreans, so if you ask nicely you may be able to get some homemade kimchi! Do not be deceived that it has a drive thru; This is not a fast food joint. A diamond in the rough of Centralia. We will definitely be back when back in the Olympia-Centralia area.
