Food was fantastic, more fish than rice on their rolls. The freshness of the fish is amazing. It was a shame we had lunch earlier in the day. It would have been nice to have tried more rolls, but we were full. The staff was very nice and attentive. It is too bad we don’t live close because this would become our go to places. We got our food in no time. If you are considering a sushi place, you must come and eat here you will not be disappointed.

I normally come here when I visit Boise. The sushi and sashimi were good but didn’t taste as fresh as It normally would. The chicken Yakisoba tasted good but the green peppers overpowered the rest of the flavor. The miso soup and salad are always great appetizers. The waiters were nice and very helpful. Something I also noticed was a lot of staff members speak Chinese instead of Japanese which was pretty surprising.

Every time I visit Fujiyama I have the best experience! Whether it is a dine-in or pick-up, I always receive the best service and fresh food. The quality of sushi and sashimi is always perfect. I recommend the Sushi Deluxe that comes with Tuna Roll but switching it for California!

Ten members of our family enjoyed a fabulous birthday dinner at Fujiyama this week. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Every meal was prepared with care using the freshest ingredients. The sashimi, sushi rolls, tempura and teriyaki chicken were all top notch. We wholeheartedly recommend Fujiyama Boise on Milwaukee!

I had my birthday party and a table of 11 with one family member who uses an electric wheelchair who was well accommodated. the food was perfect the service was excellent and the sashimi was by far the best in the treasure valley. I will definitely go back.

Went out to dinner with a friend from out of town. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. The waitress was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. The food came out fairly quickly and was absolutely beautiful! Everything was fresh and delicious! It’s moderately affordable, and we had a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! ♥️
