I loved everything about this place! I’d say it’s the first place when we got our order super fast and absolutely everything was super yummy! The atmosphere is also quite nice. The only thing I would wish except for what they have is to see wider variety of Japanese. But overall the place is great!

Every time I come here I order the salmon skin salad. Cannot go wrong with that. Also, the thing about this place that I really like is that they have multiple TVs. So if there is a Monday night football game or a basketball or baseball game you want to watch while eating a great meal, then this is the restaurant to come to. All of the people working here including the hostesses are very nice. I have yet to sit at the sushi bar but when I do I’m looking forward to it because the sushi here is very fresh and the chefs do a wonderful job of presenting these wonderful dishes. Also, I want to add that I really like some of the decorations in this place. They did a great job of designing it.

Excellent food, quick service. They don’t use a bunch of rice as filler. We’ve been going to Fujiyama for nearly two decades in Boise. We love going to the Meridian location as it’s a bit closer to home. Both locations are great. Lunch prices are good too

So far best Sushi I have had in Idaho!!! Service was good and asked what we liked and provided excellent recommendations. I have the super dragon and eastern dragon and my boyfriend had fire dragon and eastern dragon. Delish!! The waiter then started referring to us as the dragon family. If the shoe fits….

I wanted to surprise my daughter with her favorite meal, sushi, after her karate test. I saw this place and the reviews weren’t half bad, but boy were they misleading. Off the bat the server was short with us. Not necessarily kind or helpful at all. The service was fast, but we didn’t have a single roll that we liked… we tried three more rolls hoping we’d find something we liked, but it didn’t happen. We have food poisoning now within two hours of eating here. Such a shame to celebrate a special occasion with sushi and spend a good chunk of change to end up with food poisoning. Safe to say we won’t be back.

My son and I decided to stop in one evening for a few bites of sushi. We were surprised that a couple of their dinner rolls were actually 18 piece. Hence the ridiculous amount of food you see in the pictures for two people. To be honest, I’ve had better sushi. But this was good. And very fair prices. So I’ll definitely be back.

This is some of the best sushi I have had in the area. Competitively priced with other restaurants in the valley. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Great service and servers. Clean with nice decor. Will be returning.
