Stopped in for dinner while in the area. Food and service were great. We ordered the hibachi and sushi, both were fresh and very good. Our waiter was very polite and attentive. Will definitely return when the opportunity arises.

Great sushi in Bushnell Florida!! Who knew! Visiting my God daughter in Bushnell to have dinner and she recommended Fujiyama. I was reluctant at first, but certainly am glad I gave them a chance. I will certainly be back!

Stopped by for lunch today and tried their Filet and Shrimp lunch. It came with a soup or salad, rice or noodles, and vegetables. Serving size was a bit small for $16.95, but everything was delicious! It would be nice if the cook plated without making it look like it was slapped unceremoniously on the plate with splatters. Both times that we’ve eaten there, the food was just messily splattered on the plate.

Oh my goodness what a delectable dining option for this area!! The sashimi was the freshest I have had, they had a huge selection of rolls, the miso soup was delicious and we loved the seaweed salad. The service was friendly and efficient. We’ll be back.

Amazing sushi! I was working in town and wanted to try this place since it was in front of our hotel and figured it would be good but wow! It was delicious! Probably one of the best sushi rolls I have had, miso soup was also good. I was really impressed by this place. Staff friendly, place was priced correctly and the food was very good!

Local sushi and steakhouse for the win! Only wish is outdoor seating would be a really great addition! Sushi is always delicious and fresh. We love going for lunch dates and enjoying sushi plates w/some warm Saki 🙂

Fujiyama opened in the old Waffle House and man this place changed Bushnell. This is by far the best restaurant in Bushnell by a long shot. The owner, Irene, is really sweet and the family lives in the nearby Sumter area. I love nothing more than supporting small businesses and I know how important Fujiyama has been to young people in the area. I see people of all ages here but it seems to be a hot date spot too. You can’t get sushi or hibachi anywhere else unless you journey to The villages or Brooksville. I love the hibachi and all of the sushi, I have tried mostly everything on the menu. The gyoza is good too. The service is less stellar as it gets busier but best restaurant in the area!!!!

Good clean place, I say let them get alcohol from wherever they want! Not like it’s any different from Walmart to a distributer or distributer to walmart! Same exact product! Sushi good, meat meals good, and good prices even though inflations hitting hard and not going to stop anytime soon.

Would not dine in here again! There was a man going on and on about his child support and being super loud on the phone and then even said he didn’t care if people cared that he was loud they can come at him. Management didn’t do anything about the gentleman. It ruined our dinner and the atmosphere of the evening.
