Wow! What a memorable experience! We took our daughter here for her 21st birthday. The food was great, but the entertainment from our hibachi chef was priceless. The hibachi grill is a little more costly than table-side. If you’re on a budget, ask for a table. I ordered the salmon hibachi. Each hibachi order comes with a mushroom soup, noodles or rice, and vegetables. I’m attaching images of the menu. I will come back for my birthday.

The sushi here is fantastic! Service was great! I had Salmon roe… Salmon and cream cheese roll…. Salmon and rice… tuna and Salmon hand roll and had to get another Salmon roe…. my favorite! The cheese cake tempura needed some fresh blueberries and powdered sugar but was still yummy!

Waitress and chef did a great job. The only thing I would change is getting vegetables a little more tender on the hibachi and more egg with fried rice. Sushi rolls were excellent. Had the lobster roll and spicy tuna roll.

The food was delicious, The bartender was very friendly l. Would highly recommend this place if you are in Marion Illinois. And if you love Sushi get the boat. The picture is a small boat can you imagine a medium or large?

I am changing my review based on my experience today. Food is usually good, service is usually good. However today, the server was taking care of too many tables or something. He got my order wrong. I ordered a $10 roll, but he brought me an $18 bowl of something. He barely stopped long enough at the hibachi to refill drinks or I would have said something. The hibachi room was extremely loud as well. When I got the check I saw the $18 dish. I mentioned it to the server. He spoke to the manager. Manager wouldn’t change the ticket. I spoke to manager and he was very dismissive and said because I didn’t mention it sooner he couldn’t do anything. I told him I would have but it was too loud and the server wasn’t back there. He got a lot of attitude about it. We just paid and left. Won’t be returning.

Great food and great experience. We enjoyed the Hibachi dinners. I had the Chicken Hibachi and my wife had the Salmon Hibachi. We also ordered the California Roll and fried calamari. Everything tasted excellent and the price was right. Our check was about $68 for two adults and one child. They even brought a dessert out for my wife’s birthday. Service was outstanding and the waitress was very nice. Our Hibachi chef was funny and entertaining. I will definitely go back again soon.

Coming from a place where authentic Japanese food is plentiful, this place needs help …the basic teriyaki chicken dish was extremely poor quality for the price…the only thing this place has going for them is the sushi and ginger dressing… waiting on a hibachi table could take most of your night if there is only a few in your group…i always recommend checking stuff out for yourself

Bad Influence BBQ
Server and hibachi chef were very good. Some of the scallops were gritty, steak portion was small. Cocktails are overpriced at an average of $12 for a small manhattan, mixed with cherry juice or a vodka martini made with the wrong (sweet) vermouth.
