The robot waitress is a fun perk of the visit. We loved watching it go by. It was my first time, went with a friend. Each table has a conduction hot pot in the middle on which a big pot that’s split in two is placed. You pick the broth and then use your phone to use the QR code at the table to order your meats, veggies, and other stuff. You have 2 hours to eat whatever you want or try something new. There’s a sauce bar as well as a cooler with drinks.

This is one of the better hot pot places in Madison. Fuki hot pot on Zeier Rd near East Towne mall and close to the Global Market is delicious! You can order through the QR code and unlimited food will just keep coming to your table. And quick too! Highly recommend! Plus, it’s so fun to see your food come via the robot server.

First time going to a hotpot. Our server was super nice! He took his time and explained the types of broth, made suggestions on what to order, told us how long to cook eat item, showed us the types of sauces and recommended the Plum Drink. The food was great, they came by often to see if we needed more broth and take empty dishes. I would HIGHLY recommended this restaurant!

If they were to include crab legs in the all-you-can-eat price, it would greatly enhance the dining experience and elevate it to a 5-star rating. When compared to other buffets that offer all-you-can-eat crab legs and a wider variety of dishes, this establishment seems overpriced ($35). Some buffets charge a maximum of $30 for unlimited crab legs. Nonetheless, the service is pleasant, as you can use a QR code to place orders at your table, and a robot will serve your food, which is convenient. They also provide a self-serve area where you can get your own drinks and create your own sauces. The staff is friendly, and with improvements to pricing and the inclusion of crab legs in the all-you-can-eat option, this hotpot place would make for a great outing with friends and family.

It’s was good, my first time eating hotpot was here so I couldn’t really understand if it was good or not. The service was good— they had a little robot to carry your food over, it entertained my little sister the whole time we were there. It’s all you can eat (I think) and had good seating.

Had the pleasure of visiting Fuki Hot Pot for the first time today and didn’t know what to expect but I was blown away!! It’s all you can eat and the portion sizes are very generous! The food was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional and the staff were so incredible nice. I also loved the cute little robot that brought out our food! The restaurant itself is very clean and modern. Overall an amazing experience!!! I’m so happy this new authentic hot pot restaurant has opened in Madison and can’t wait to go back!
