It’s going to be okay, good sushi rice. Just not as warm as I expected. It’s not sushi that I got out of the refrigerator. Much better than that. But you should expect the rice to be warm when it’s freshly made.

I have been going to Fuki Sushi for many years and have to say they are the best in Bergen County. Yong is a Master Sushi Chef. The presentation and freshness of the Sushi was superb. High quality Fish as well as large portions. A friend and I went last night and it was amazing we ordered so much Sushi and ate it all. Very flavorful and satisfying. So if you have been trying other Sushi restaurants and want the best try Fuki Sushi you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered Bronx Bomber and Double Yami and these are worst sushi roll I ever had in my life .. they should not be on the menu .. one is so dry and no taste and the other is 99% crunch and 1% fish.. the miso soup cup size is for babys not for adult.

The sushi was good. The spicy tuna was great. Very lite on the rice if you like your sushi rolls like that. Nice preparation on the take out platter. I would say the prices on just slightly higher then the median. Phone service for ordering was difficult. Limited take out hours during pandemic.

My usual sushi place is Oradell’s Ocean Sushi – which is some of the best I ever had. They are closed Sunday’s so this evening we got Fuki Sushi. Bad choice. The miso soup was OK but was about 4 ounces. The salmon roll was 80% rice with a pink dot in the middle that I was not sure was even salmon. Likewise for the yellowtail roll. Tiny portions + not good = bad combination.

Lived around the corner for years and finally ordered. Hands down, the best, most fresh, quality sushi in Bergen county. This place is gold. I order at LEAST once a week and the quality is always top notch and consistent. Special rolls are delicious and customer service is a 10/10

Really surprised at all the great reviews. We live in the area and stopped in this evening to give it a try. because our regular sushi spot is closed on Sundays. Only one waiter, not too busy but we still had to wait 15 minutes after getting seated for the waiter to even walk over to our table. Ordered a Bronx Bomber roll and it was probably the worst roll I have ever eaten. All the fish was minced up into a paste and stuffed into the roll. I was expecting intact pieces of fish and the menu didn’t say otherwise. The taste was not good and I felt like I was eating cat food. Also got a spicy tuna roll and it was average and small. The worst part was that the sushi was really expensive, even for Bergen County. I wouldn’t mind if the sushi was great but not for mediocre sushi! Left really unsatisfied and we will not be returning. Too many other better spots in the area.

I normally don’t like to write reviews but I’m not sure how this restaurant has almost 5 stars. Let me begin by stating how terrible their sushi is, especially for he price. I ordered from here on 12/29/20 because my regular sushi spot was closed. The sushi was terrible I ended up tossing out everything I ordered expect the shrimp shumai. They also omitted to tell me there was a delivery fee which is something they should of disclosed before paying. The delivery guy was also terrible, not friendly at all and a bit condescending. I would never again order from this establishment, just figured to leave an honest review for potential new customers.
