Fuku is the fried chicken spot from chef David Chang that hits the mark on every level, from flavor to texture to creativity. The menu features Fuku’s New Spicy Chicken Sando, a crispy habanero brined chicken breast with pickles, fuku mayo on a Martin’s potato roll, plus a whole other variety of sandos and sides. Fuku is guided by many of the same principles that David Chang instills in all his restaurants – making approachable, tasty food that draws from both Asian and American influences. What started as a secret sandwich at Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC soon grew into Fuku.

I got two sandwiches on Uber eats and they were fine. I didn’t think the chicken was as dry as people were making it out to be, but it isn’t juicy either. Overall they were ok, I liked the sauces but most sauces on chicken sandwiches are good so not saying much, I guess.

We ordered on UberEats looking for something different and were quite disappointed. The chicken tenders are poorer quality than what you would purchase frozen from a grocery store. The fries are so dry and stale they are not edible. Do yourself a favor and just order Chick fil A.

The sauces are good, but all the chicken seemed like it had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and was dry as the Sahara. The fries were cold. There was no coleslaw on the sandwich as advertised. Chick Fil A and Popeyes both make a better chicken sandwich that won’t set you back $10. I love REALLY spicy food and never have issues, but the artificial spice on the chicken gave me the worst heartburn I’ve ever had. I’ve given them two tries but never again.

They advertise pictures of real fried chicken, but the product is just some kind of super cheap, premade, frozen patty from that you would buy in bulk. The rating would be better if the price wasn’t so high. I would pay $5.00 for this sandwich, but at $10 this is clearly a scam. Every other element in the sandwich is good except for the weird, schnitzel style chicken patty.

Only 1 time out of 3 did I get the cabbage that was supposed to come with my sandwich and I paid a whole dollar for. I wanted it on the side, so I could add it on and it still be cool & crispy, but last night it delivered with “no cabbage“ written on the box. Cabbage on the side decidedly does not mean no cabbage.

I wish I had paid attention to Google reviews before ordering. This was a sham of a meal. The fries are indeed as overcooked as people say, completely inedible. The chicken sandwich was a mess, lacking any flavor and no mentioned coleslaw. Shame on this concept for even showing up, close it down before you rip more people off.

Awful. There was no chicken in the chicken sandwich. It was so overcooked it was like eating tree bark. Go to Chick Fila and save your money.

This food is not good. Chick-fil-A is much better and half the price. So disappointing.
