Just stopped here for breakfast while passing through town. Got the Lila breakfast sandwich, which was excellent—made fresh, using as much organic produce as available. Serving Stumptown coffee, a nice surprise in the middle of NM!

Served up fresh and hot, Michelle’s creations are welcome treats. She’s parked just across the street from Riverbend Hot Springs, next to the RV park where we’re staying. Super tasty and satisfying. Thank you, Michelle, for the friendly conversation and yummy breakfast.

Michelle has a great little operation! Really great coffee, very flavorful foods and friendly conversation. Food truck perfection added very nicely to our time soaking in the hotsprings at ToC, enjoying a bit of heaven all around. We ordered the Lila breakfast sandwiches with a hard cooked egg, avocado slices and goat cheese on really great bread. We also ordered lunch to eat later. She had a side of roasted veggies with pepitas and a soup of the day, which were both a knockout! Oat milk option. Table to sit at. Only sorry she wasn’t open every day of our trip!

Such a relief! The food truck serves delicious breakfast sandwhiches and coffee, convenient for anyone staying at the hot springs. I got the Italian sandwich (donning egg, goat cheese, pesto and prosciutto). It was balanced, not overbearing, and most importantly, fresh!

The Lilo is the best breakfast sandwich ever! Perfectly ripe avocado, delicious goat cheese and the ciabatta….to die for.

We’ve been regulars at Full Moon Kitchen since they opened. Michelle offers amazing healthy breakfasts made with fresh ingredients and Stumptown coffee (hot or iced). My current favorite is the poached eggs with greens tossed in the yummiest dressing and crispy prosciutto on the side. The sammy and smoothies are fab, too!

All organic menu. About $12-14 for sandwich and coffee. Very good. Nice place to stop on your morning walk. Bistro seating available.

Overpriced, slow service, and bizarre coffee cake. $4 for drip coffee and an unseasoned one egg sandwich for $7.50. Bar of coffee cake, which was mostly carrots and bamboo shoots for $5. Food was bland and uninspired. $30 for two people, yikes. I get jacking up prices for tourists but at least make it tasty. Owner was short and rude when I asked for my coffees. With these prices you’d think she’d hire help. Go to a mom and pop diner and skip this place as there are plenty of other options in town.

Delicious! Using fresh and simple ingredients — this place is a game changer in TorC. Best cup of coffee and the best breakfast in town. I got the scramble and it was perfect: the eggs fluffy, the veggies fresh… you can taste each ingredient in every bite, this is how it should be done. Thank you for what you do ✨ ✨
