Skip this place! Cool stuff on the walls but obviously we got the same cook the others had.. The steak and cheese was burnt. The corned beef was full of fat. I guess you don’t cut the fat off the corned beef you just put it in the sandwhich. When you cook the steak you just let it sit on the grill and burn on one side.. Maybe the burgers are supposed to be the best in the Northeast but this stuff just sucked. Look at the picture of the burnt meat. We were both starving and gave up..

Fantastic bar and grill for a cold drink and a bite to eat! We arrived around 2PM and sat at the bar for a midday lunch. Service and atmosphere were both excellent! They have ample parking for trucks, cars, ATV’s, and side by sides. This is great because there is an off-road trail right next to the restaurant.

This is a friendly outpost up north, people greeting us as we entered and departed. Our waitress Kendra is Crackerjack, quick, friendly and accommodating to special requests. My mushroom and Swiss burger was cooked medium rare as requested. The sweet potato tots were over cooked but no big deal.

Food was delicious and beer was good (although mostly just IPAs on tap). It took a surprisingly long time for our food to arrive but it was worth the wait. I think we were the only diners in the restaurant at the time, so I can imagine it would be a lot slower if we went during a crowded time. Service was friendly and the food quite tasty, so I’d go again, but probably not at a busy time.

This is probably the worst dining experience I’ve had in my entire life. I usually absolutely love going out to eat but the experience I had here made me dread it. I want to mention this place was not our first choice by any means. We were up in the Pittsburg area exploring the north woods and the Connecticut lakes (which are absolutely stunning by the way), and this was one of the only choices for food. There wasn’t even a grocery store, and if my wife and I had our passports with us we’d much rather go to Canada. When you walk into this place, if you’re not one of the 5 people who live in Pittsburg, AKA a local, you are immediately stared by everyone with a “what are you doing here” kind of face. Extremely unwelcoming. The atmosphere is not creative and it was dull. Just a bunch of police badges and wooden flags hung up on the wall. The first waitress who served us was the only one who looked like she wanted us there, and she was nice. She took our orders and served us drinks. The food is ridiculously overpriced. I felt like I was ordering for a fine dining experience, which gave me very high expectations that the food was going to be excellent. I was greatly wrong. We both got Crock Pot French onion soup which was edible, but there was way too much bread in it. I ordered veal Marsala for $26 and my wife ordered seared duck for $29. The veal marsala was gross. The veal was poorly sautéed and it just tasted oily and mushy, and I wasn’t even sure if it was veal. My wife said the same thing about the duck she ate, she was doubting if it was even duck meat because of how poor and bland it tasted. I felt like I was eating unseasoned cardboard, and all while this was happening literally everybody in the restaurant was staring at us trying so hard to tolerate our presence there without screaming for us to leave. The bill was $64 which was outrageous. Also, halfway through the waitress switched to some light haired blonde girl who my wife and I thought had an underlying attitude and was intentionally giving us bad service to not come again. After we payed the bill, we practically ran out because we didn’t want to spend another second there. We were in there for like 2 hours because the food took forever to come out. If you’re going to take a while to make the food, it better be good. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the location. North Woods is absolutely stunning, the water on the lakes is a bright beautiful blue and the nature is so untouched and raw. Just if you’re coming up here, make sure to pack a lunch. I’d only recommend this place to locals who are trying to meet up with other locals and grab a Coors Light to talk about the 15 people who live in this dreary town. People who aren’t local are NOT welcome.

Perfectly rainy and mildly hungover, we decided to get breakfast out. A couple of our go tos were closed that day so we hit up Full Send and were NOT disappointed.

We did dinner here, breakfast the next morning, and then lunch later in the day. The food is homemade and made with love. Even their “Full Send” dipping sauce is really good. The wait staff is friendly. It’s a very great place to grab a bite

Amazing experience. Stopped on the bikes after the blessing of the bikes. We had 2 people (self included) with glueten allergies and they were able to accommodate easily. (I had grilled tenders with BBQ sauce!
