The burger is the only reason I gave this place one star (aside from the fact that I can’t rate any lower on here). The food was good but the service was nonexistent. Waiting 10-15 minutes to be seated and come to find out you’re supposed to sit yourself. No one brought menus after another 10 minutes so we got them ourselves. Another 15 minutes and I had to go ask the waitress to approach us. Another 30 minutes and they got the order wrong so add another 10-15 minutes for the remake. They also never brought us our waters so I had to approach the waitresses again to ask for the water.

I love this new restaurant. Although only a few stores away from a NYC loved fast food hamburger place, Fulton Burger offers greater value. Fulton’s burgers are far better, much bigger and come in a great variety of choices. My favorite is the bourbon bacon burger. And they have a good selection of beer on tap. It’s located at the main entrance to Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Food was so good! Service was nonexistent! Gratuity automatically added to bill and a cc fee. The guy did not deserve anywhere near the amount of gratuity that was added to our bill. Sad thing is I’m the type to tip $50 for excellent service and when we first arrived to this place I thought it would be one of the $50 tips. As good as the food was, we will not be back, the service was that TERRIBLE.

Wonderful Experience at Fulton Burger. The food was so delicious. Our server was also wonderful and made great recommendations. We had the Angus Burger with sweet potato fries and Fry Chicken Sandwich and Sweet potato fries. For appetizer we had the bbq chicken. Going at 9pm all the food was fresh and hot. Well made with delicious flavors. We thanked the cook after because we were licking our fingers! Sometimes when you go to a restaurant that late the kitchen gives you scraps but not here at Fulton Burger! Everything was fresh and hot! Delicious We loved it and definitely coming back. Reasonable prices and delicious food right after skating at the pier 2. Great way to end the night.

I did not like the attitude of the host when I arrived. He looked at me and my husband like he was shocked that we even were there. We sat outside and waited about 10 mins before we got a menu. I went inside to use the restroom, and all I could smell was chemicals from the food and old oil that needed to be changed. Once I finished using the restroom, my husband and I left.

Simply 5/5 because the food is really good. The service was very fast and the food left the kitchen within 15 mins. The presentation is very cute. Everything is organic and tasted fresh. I got the Weekender burger, Caesar salad and truffle fries. Everything was made perfectly, my favorite was the truffle fries.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon. There was a bit of a wait but got seated after 15-20 min. Food selection was good. The veggie burger and chips were delicious as well as the mozzarella sticks. The drinks were okay. Would def come back!
