I married into a Cuban family over 47 years ago. We love Cuban food. Not much of that to be had in middle Missouri, though we heard that there was a Cuban café in Fulton. Today we finally got the chance to go there. Such a nice place. Very clean, very interesting as it is in an historic building, very unpretentious and welcoming. It is clear that they care about what and who they are serving. Jimmie was our server, our host, a cook, and it felt like we parted friends. We also had a great conversation with the owner John. Cant recommend this place highly enough. Also can’t wait to go back. — wow, all that said and I didn’t mention the food. We both had Cuban entrees and they were authentic and wonderful. And the spring salad was to die for. Go there!

One of the best sandwiches around! If I could spell it, I would name it! Worth the stop for lunch for sure!

Worth the detour off the I-70 path for this great little find tucked in the back of a quaint little shop. Response to everything was “yeah we can make that happen” from a kids plate that wasn’t even on menu even when getting there just before closing time. The Cuban soup & sandwich with ham were awesome recommendation & salad was fresh & crisp! Cool little town area with brick streets completed the experience getting off the highway!

Has soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, with a mixture of Cuban and American fare. I got the Ham Croquette sandwich which was delicious and unique, and the Cordadito (pictured) which was quite sweet but really hit the spot.

This salad wasn’t an ordinary one. It had mandalin orange, strawberry, blackberry, green pepper, sliced onion, cucumber, variety of cherry tomtos, apple and oh yes, lettuce with very refreshing vineggrett dressing. It was sooooo good!

Wonderful Cuban food! We loved the Cuban sandwich and the Picadillo. Make sure you get both the black beans and plantains! Our server also cooks, and was engaging and passionate about his food. Very enjoyable lunch!

What a wonderful little cafe!! Friendly staff, great service, tasty food! The name is on the window but when you walk in you are in a hallway with 2 wonderful little stores on either side. The cafe is straight ahead. My wife had a BLT on cuban bread with potato salad. I had a Chicken Fricassee served with rice and black beans and a wonderful bowl of salad. We absolutely loved this cafe. Well worth the visit!!
