Tried the pork belly tacos, unfortunately they only had enough pork belly for one taco so I chose chicken for my second one. Both were so delicious. Excellent tasting with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this food truck. Staff was very enthusiastic and friendly.

We recently hired Funkadelic Food Truck to cater a party for 120 people. They were easy to work with, flexible, professional to help plan the menu and logistics for the party. The food was delicious and presentation was awesome! The portions were plentiful. Even though they cook everything to order, our guests did not have a long wait. The food is fresh and creative! Everyone was so happy. Our guests raved about the food! One of our guests keeps telling us the shrimp sliders were the best he ever had. The burgers were hugely popular and delicious!! Obviously the truck itself is so fun with the awesome art work so that is also a conversation piece.

OH MY GOODNESS. We were pulling in hoping that the Scratch food truck was open. It was not, so we tried the Funkadelic Food Truck and it did NOT disappoint. Food was hot, fresh, and so tasty. Son had a grilled cheese with crab and while he said it was good, it was a little too rich for him. Husband had a quesadilla with all kinds of yummy food in it. I had the O.G. shrimp sliders and they were delicious. Great selection for people who eat seafood and land lubbers alike.

This food is phenomenal! My boyfriend and I split the shrimp sliders and their marinated skirt steak grilled cheese they had as a special. Both were so flavorful. The shrimp were huge and tasty. The grilled cheese had some sort of ghost pepper sauce or something on it that added just the right amount of heat. Will definitely be coming back here
