Fantastic New Haven style pizza. A must stop if you’re in the area. I enjoyed the traditional and the hot oil pizza. They were cooked perfectly and loaded with flavor. I would recommend eating inside if it’s your first time since these pies do not travel well, which is the case with most well done thin crust pies. These brothers really know how to make pizza. I will try Luna next

Small, but nice, neat, and clean. You seat yourself. You order at a counter and they’ll bring your order to you. Food was pretty good. They have a disclaimer that the pizzas tend to be darker because of the high heat coal oven, so if you wanted them lighter, just ask. These pictures of the crust were without given direction so I assume they are representative of their normal cook. All of the pies were pretty good. Probably the best pizza place in a 30min drive, outside of New Haven establishments. Good apizza style (flattened dough/some char/amorphous cuts).

I enjoy Pizza with the best of them and this apizza had the look, the crust, nice flavor and the thinness I enjoy. However I normally order it well done, but in this case I don’t think it would have mattered being cooked in a coal fired brick oven I felt the undercarriage would have some firmness to it, unfortunately it did not. I could not pick it up and not have the topping fall off, that’s the only strike I can give it.

ONE OF THE BEST!! Fuoco Apizza in Cheshire was fantastic. Counter service was very friendly. Small seating area inside with a few tables. The cheese and sauce ratio on the pizzas is just right. Perfect char on the crust. All toppings taste great and are evenly proportioned. A bit on the expensive side for pizza, but you do get what you pay for. Why bother paying for cheaper pizza if it’s nowhere near as good. Definitely give Fuoco Apizza a try!!

A friend suggested I try Fuoco after seeing on IG since the food looked amazing & it was relatively close for take out (11 min). I ordered two large pizzas & both were burnt. Inedible. I ordered online at 6:56pm. Pick up wasn’t until 8:11pm. Definitely cramped inside. First try was the last try.

The pizza was honestly out of this world. I got a large mozz half eggplant half broccoli. Better than most New Haven pizzas. I also ordered the fritters with mango habanero sauce. I asked for blue cheese and they gave me two full cups. The chicken seems like they cook It from scratch versus most pizza restaurants using frozen tenders. I have to be honest, though, the ordering process is awful. I do expect my food to be ready at my “scheduled” time. You have to realize not everyone ordering is in Cheshire. It is inconvenient to be getting out of work and waiting 20 minutes past the pick up time for the order. Still 5 stars because one of the best pizzas I have had!

It definitely lived up to the hype!! Great pie outside of the New Haven area. The coal oven made the bottom taste soo good, sweet sauce, and perfect amount of cheese! Ordered on the phone and ate in when we got there. Staff was great!

My husband and I tried Fuoco Apizza for the first time today. He got his pizza, and I got mine. I saw they have a GF pizza. It’s a cauliflower crust. I have Celiac, so I decided to give it a try. I have to say, the GF pizza was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The crust didn’t taste like cauliflower. It tasted like a regular crust. I didn’t have any issues after eating. My husband loved his pizza too. We will definitely be back!
