The food is lackluster. The ramen is just okay and the tuna salad was very subpar especially for the price. The lettuce wraps are mainly topped with rice and taste like Siracha mayo. The main upside of this place is the friendly and attentive staff and good location. There are better options in this area to check out though.

Had a great outing with my 13 yr old son for lunch at Furoshiki. The waiter was great, the music playing on Saturday was a wonderful Salsa beat, and the food was simply wonderful. We started the meal with appetizers the Steamed pork belly bun (tender well seasoned with a pickle to set it off), salt and pepper Calamari (Perfectly cooked light and flakey with the right balance of seasoning) , and the Beef Yakatori (juicy and tender) . All were excellent. My son had the bone broth ramen, I had the chicken, and they were both were delicious. He was like so this is real Ramen.. He was like I can eat this all day, Oh my gosh this is good.. We will definitely be returning with the rest of the family.

One of the best ramen places in Rochester. They have a variety of ramen, hibachi, small dishes and cocktails. Tried the chicken ramen, amazing flavors and the spice level is just about what we needed (you can request to customize the spice level).

Was filming a short in Rochester and the crew recommended this place. The street this restaurant is on is gorgeous. It’s like a slightly more upscale Elmwood Village, except in the middle of an old growth lord of the rings forest.

I stopped in for lunch and ordered the garlic broccoli appetizer and pork bone broth ramen. Both were fantastic! The broccoli was perfectly cooked, with a rich sauce of garlic and parmesan. The ramen was delicious, and as a big guy I was not able to finish all of my food! I would definitely recommend Furoshiki!

Date night!!! Amazing food! Started with pork belly buns. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with yum yum sauce, carmelized onions, lettuce, tomato on a ramen bun with a side of hibachi noodles. My fiance got the Okinawa soba plate with pork. Delicious cant wait to go back.

Furoshiki is absolutely phenomenal. I have never had better ramen in my life, and their fried tofu was perfectly textured and seasoned just right. The honey soy sauce dip that they had with it was just truly a masterpiece. If you’ve not been here yet, it’s imperative you go at least once in your life. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating even to people with various picky diets and allergies.
