This was our first time to try Fusabowl. We didn’t know what to expect so this review may help someone new. We ordered the Hibachi bowls with tofu, vegetables, General Tso’s sauce, and brown rice. Our bowls were incredibly sweet like a jarred teriyaki sauce. There was no spice at all. The preparation took about 15 minutes. My first impression was that it was similar to a frozen Asian style dinner. The portions were appropriate for a lunch size – not large but average lunch portion size. The tofu was cut very thin almost like tofu skin, about 1/8 of an inch. The staff was friendly and professional. The place was similar to other fast food Asian style establishments. At $10 a bowl, I would recommend a regular Thai restaurant for better quality and similar price.
