A surprisingly upscale and modern bar / restaurant in an otherwise quaint small Iowa town. Very cool atmosphere and vibe. We were traveling and getting into town late and we looked up places to eat and liked the menu here. We called to see how late the kitchen would be open and they asked how long it would be before we would get there. Once we told them they said they’d wait for us! Now how often do you get that! Elias our bartender was kind, knowledgeable and suggested a great drink option for me. We chose simple burgers and fries for dinner but they were anything but simple. The burgers were delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection. Elias said it was a local community raised beef and it was wonderful. The fries were nicely seasoned and done right, soft inside with a slight crunch outside. The night we visited was a quiet night there but it looks like it could be a fun and hopping place on a weekend. Highly recommend!

Had dinner here after visiting The Field Of Dreams. Absolutely fantastic. The homemade tortilla chips were just incredible and everything else we had was really good as well. Food selection was surprisingly upscale and attention to quality was evident. Overall great experience. Loved it and will return if we ever gi through Dyersville again.

A good place if you have a lot of time on your hands. It took over 15 minutes before a waitress came to our table, so we ordered our food and drinks all at once. Then we never seen her again until our food came out. They served our food without silverware or napkins and when someone from our table went up to the bar to get napkins the bartender walked by numerous times without acknowledge her, so she ended up seeing some on the bar and grabbed them. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!

My daughter and others hosted a baby shower at Fuse on 02-18. The food was amazing (especially the pork). The servers were on the spot to take away dirty dishes and kept the drinks refilled. I will definitely go back!

Worse drinks ever- – all had mixed or specialty drinks and there was little or no alcohol- at least that could be tasted! Waitress and staff were great and food was good. Just stick with water or soda – no bar drinks.

We stopped in for the special Valentine’s Day menu. I had the tenderloin and my wife had the mahi mahi. I can honestly say that the tenderloin was one of the best steaks that I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. We had a great time in the dining room and then enjoyed a drink in the sports bar. A great atmosphere and a must try in Dyersville!

Don’t order the “boneless chicken bite” it’s quarter size deep fried breading. No chicken. 6 deep fried bread for $9. Have drinks and eat else where!

I thought the salad was to come before the meal, my husband had the worst steak ever, and they only took $3.00 off the bill.
