Was our first time at Fuse and we could not of enjoyed it more then we did. The menu is diverse with so many great options, and the food was terrific. Great cocktail menu, expansive wine list and the tuna was as good as I have ever had. Friendly staff, just a great overall experience. Looking forward to going back again soon!

Stopped by for the first time today with a friend. Had an excellent lunch, started off with 2 brisket tacos( their daily special) and those were packed with flavor, fresh onions, guac, and tender juicy brisket. We then split a BBQ platter and everything on there was absolutely delicious. I wish I had more of the pork ribs, they were to die for. Sides were fine, nothing to write home about.

After a year of wanting to come to this place to be disappointed. The look in this place is super cool and the atmosphere is nice. But my first time coming here for a birthday turned into a BIG GIANT FLOP! Our “waitress” Im using that word lightly as she only spoke to us at most 5 times in over 2 hours.half of which was just her bringing the food. That brings me to the Biggest disappointment of the night my dinner. I ordered a full rack of St.Louis ribs(she mentioned it would be 40 min for our food) After an hour we finally received our dinner. My ribs were hot on the outside but when I bit into it COLD. Even my side dish, cold on the side and hot in the middle. After waiting 10 min to have her ask how the food was she took my food and left so I preceded to wait another 12 min for my re-heated food. The saving grace is my parties food was good. Idk when or if I will be returning but super disappointed in my dining experience.

We just finished up another amazing meal. We’ve eaten here multiple times & always try to bring out of town guests. Their food is always fresh & delicious. They also have all of their gluten free items marked on the menu. Love their bbq & their collard greens are to die for. Their newest item on the menu is the burnt ends & the boneless short ribs.
