This place is dirty! my feet were sticking to the floor, tables were dirty, trash over flowing. 6 people working 2 actually working. Very disorganized. Couldn’t order a bowl I wanted as they were “out” of bowls. After changing my order and getting what I didnt really want. I watched them find a case of bowls. Not a big deal for that, but how nasty the store was is why I won’t return. My advice for the restaurant….find someone to properly manage the place! I got the spicy tuna roll and I have honestly had far better sushi from Kroger and Walmart.

I love Fusion, but this particular location has been a mess every time I’ve been there. The ingredients are always mixed into each others containers on the line, so I always find one or two surprise ingredients that I didn’t order. Usually I don’t mind, but tonight I had FIVE surprise ingredients, so it was particularly bad. I also have to wipe down my to-go box with napkins every time before I leave because it’s usually covered in sauce from the line being so messy.

I’ve been a fan of Fusian for years, but this location has been such a disappointment. Each time I got sushi rolls from here, it’s been a mess. Whoever makes these rolls has no idea what they’re doing. I just got 2 rolls and both are falling apart. The last time ordered from here I also got extra for lunch the next day. All three rolls I ordered that time I had to eat with a spoon because they were so loose. It was like eating a bowl of ingredients.

I’ve been a loyal fusian customer for years. The sushi always taste good! Although, there seems to be an issue at this location where my food looks like it was made by a 5 year old… presentation isn’t quite there, I’ve never had that problem at any of the other locations though.

A bit disappointing. Cleanliness of dining area was abysmal—trash, crumbs, and sticky everywhere. Quality of order neatness was subpar. There were some deficiencies in fulfilling some of my order. In compensation, the staff offered to comp one of my rolls. When I went to pay, instead they just took a couple dollars off. Less quality than I expect or typically receive from Fusion.

So I’m in the middle of transiting with going back to school and moving for missionary work. My friend took me here because of the fact that you can make your own sushi!!! Super excited, to the point that I started crying lol. I think the relief of stress and eating something that I was super excited for made me SOOOO OVERWHELMED with joy. Thank you Anna, Arjay and Ava for making my experience amazing! Also the food was yummy!
