Went for my birthday and had the honey glazed salmon entrée, fried Artichokes appetizers, toxic tonic to drink and for dessert cinnamon roll cheesecake. Chelsi and the kitchen crew are awesome at what they do! Our waitress was super sweet and took care of all our needs. Fusion is upscale at an affordable price. I’m glad to see them in a nice establishment at Ridgefield. My date had pasta for entrée and the tri-color dip as appetizer.

This is one of our favorite spots for date night. The atmosphere is relaxing & clean, and dining by the pool in the summer is one of my favorite things to do. Tuesday nights at 6:30 they have SINGO for those that want to play! Oh…and the food is DIVINE

On Friday a group of us went to this place for the very first time. Our waitress was great. The food wss not what we expected especially considering the extremely high prices. But most importantly we waited over an hour for our food after we ordered. It was not that busy when we were there for such a lengthy wait. Needless to say this was our first and our last to patronize Fusion. Very highly disappointed as we had heard it was good.

If you’re looking for an amazing dining experience, look no further than this restaurant by the river. The food is truly exceptional, and the cocktails are equally impressive. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, and the drinks were creative and delicious. But what really stood out to me was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and it really made the whole experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! It’s a solid 5/5 in my book.

The cuisine is both beautiful and tasty on the plate. This establishment undrrstands the importance of quality and presentation. The staff were friendly and expeditious. The menu is vast, and they offer a full service bar complete with craft on draft and wine by the bottle and per glass. Without a doubt, Fusion is the best new establishment we’ve had locally in sometime.
