If you haven’t tried this restaurant, you are missing out. They are locally owned, one of a kind outstanding establishment. We tried their nachos, Asian ribs, cheesesteak, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, and smoked yams it was definitely all a 10/10. Our waiter was absolutely AMAING! His recommendations definitely didn’t disappoint. The over all atmosphere was great! Had a great vibe. We ABSOLUTELY recommended and will absolutely be back!

This is a local hidden gem in Huntsville! We ordered the biscuits and chicken gravy and brisket omelette. Food was OUTSTANDING! Service was IMPECCABLE, thank you Nic! The atmosphere is really neat! 10/10 recommended and will absolutely be back!

Comfort Asain Fusion at its best. After driving for what seems like 8 hours we ended up at Fusion BBQ after checking in to our hotel and we are so glad we did.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Restaurant was pretty quiet with only a few occupied tables. Vibe was kind of funky with 80s music playing (not too loud) and these strange color-changing light fixtures flashing overhead. (In low light, I think this would have been a major distraction, but hardly noticeable in full sun.)

Very cool place with delicious food to match. I was visiting the area and wanted to try something different so I decided to check this place out. The building was nicely designed. I had the Pork Belly Bao buns and the Southern Bahn Mi with Brussel sprouts. All were excellent. If you are in the area this place is a must try. Nikko was and excellent server as well. The food is unbelievable! I was surprised and excited that the bulgogi meat wasn’t too sugary. The beef belly was perfection. This is the first place I’ve been able to find beef rib and it was incredible although way too much meat for a single person. The chicken thighs were so smokey and the skin was crispy and delicious. The bao buns and nachos are overflowing with interesting flavors.
