I was really amazed with FB because of the variety and freshness of the entire selections. I could not believe how hot and fresh the food was on a busy Sunday afternoon. What caught my attention most was the abundance of seafood and vegetables selections. And if that is not enough you have a choice to order fresh from the hibachi station. Took my daughter here for graduation from basic training the food looked good but it had been sitting there so long till it was horrible the rolls were hard the chicken taste like it had been refried it was so hard it was a waste of money but my daughter still enjoyed it!

First time at Fusion. Really looked forward to it as it was in celebration of my retirement. Great selection but 2 of the buffet tables weren’t holding their temperature. My husbands good was cold when we sat down to eat. We will give it another try in a few months.

I’m not to fond of this place but my kids love this this place so I will give 4 stars. If you go at the peak times of eating the food is hot and fresh considering it being a buffet. They have sushi, a hibachi bar, fruit/salad bar and dessert bar. Service is super nice, fast and prompt.

Food was dried out you can tell they just dump food in with old dried foods. Sushi was soggy and old. Crab was dried to a crisp. Service sucks and you’ll be paying $17.00 minimum for a buffet of nothing but gross old food that’s been sitting since mornings.

This was my first time here and I’m very picky when it comes to my Chinese food. I was so impressed with everything about this place! The food was hot and all tasted amazing! The place was clean and absolutely beautiful! The employees were polite and on the spot with whatever we needed! I was very happy with this place and will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!
