Nice employees and good food! Would definitely recommend. Service staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food was flavorful and also very good! They have nice interior design and cute decorations. The hibachi area was not being used, though, and I’m not sure if that’s because of COVID or if there wasn’t a shed for that when we went.

Sushi requested and delicious sushi we got. It was enjoyed by my mother and my kids. The texture of the rice was nice. The flavor was a unity, nothing over powered the other ingredients. Now the gluten free soy sauce was trashed.

Fusion Fire is a upscale Asian dining experience that can equally cater to large groups as well as couples. I had the sashimi appetizer and Pan fried pork dumpling app. Also, I had green tea, which was excellent on a cold night! The sashimi could have been combined with rice, but they were still good on their own.

Absolutely delicious sushi and noodles dishes. Service was a bit slow with limited staff. Trance-style background music seemed out of place. Plastic fork broke mid-meal; I need to master chopsticks.

I’m sorry but my fiancé and I did NOT have a good experience, let alone satisfactory. We came here with anticipation because of the reviews but wow, are people disillusioned with bad taste. There is nothing good to say about this restaurant except that our server was clearly the only one waiting the tables and she was nice. But the food, terrible! The atmosphere was pretty sad with half of their lights out but only in the main dining area but it still felt dark and gloomy. You could tell this place used to be busy before Covid. However, they really compromised on the quality and taste of their food. Mind you, I’m Asian American and I have also worked in Asian restaurants specializing in Japanese and Thai. Every dish we ordered was disappointing. The critical part of a good sushi roll is the rice. Their rice was very sticky and mushy, it was so gross that I had to pull it apart from the seaweed. The dumplings were small and came in a tiny plastic container for dipping sauce. All of the utensils were disposable. The Thai tea that my fiancé got was served in a to-to cup without a lid and it wasn’t filled to the top. They seem to be very stingy with their quantity but they also lack in quality. When we were finished, the server came up to ask us how we liked everything. I barely got a word out as I was chewing on the last piece and she said “I guess it must be good since you ate it all”. Well, funny that she said that because we didn’t want to waste overpriced food. Our bill came out to around $60 when we only ordered dumplings, 2 basic rolls, and 2 house rolls. It was ridiculously expensive for food that I could get better elsewhere. To make things worse, we had to wait a while before ordering and then for the food to come out. This is NOT the dining experience anyone wants. The couple next to us had to pack up their food after eating a little bit of it because they had to go somewhere else and I know their food took longer too. Overall this was very disappointing and we will not be returning.
