Passing by Dadesville AL we found this little restaurant Fusion Grill in the center of town. Friendly service, clean and inviting. The food was delicious, fresh and again very tasty. Side note, we arrived at noon and the waiting time to get our food took about 45 minutes, so if you are really hungry and can’t wait then you have to be there early, because at noon they are super busy, but if you are not in a rush and don’t mind waiting it is worth it. I tried their Harvest Fall Salad, it is amazing!!! We will be back for sure.

Fusion Grill has consistently good food and service! Their menu offers a wide variety. Everything I’ve tried has been good. Their wings are plentiful with a ton of sauce choices. The chicken fingers are smoked then fried for a juicy, flavorful meal. The burgers are great, salads fresh, and bbq good. Servers work HARD and take care of their customers. My only caution is check their hours before coming so you’re not disappointed!

Home cooking for the modern taste. They use southern menu items to combine a fantastic melding of flavors. Everyone was very friendly and had personal explanation of the menu favorites. The BlackBerry Boondogle was a perfect size lunch for a hungry man. The prices are very reasonable especially for the extreme quantity. Plan on taking home dinner.

After being recommended several times, I finally had a chance to visit Fusion Grill. This place is difficult….very difficult to choose what you want to eat because everything on the menu sounded so good. I finally went with the Ballyhoo burger and it didn’t disappoint with the homemade blackberry-jalapeño bbq sauce. The bacon jam….. I’ll just say that’s on a new level of greatness and a must try. I’ll definitely be back to try something different.

Food was DeLish. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Atmosphere could definitely use an update, but it was clean and comfortable. Outdoor signage virtually nonexistent. Best Tater tots I’ve ever eaten.
