Fusion @ Union features Pizza Romana, a square pie that uses the Poolish dough method of a 72 hour fermentation process and is cooked in a gas-fired brick floor oven. The more traditional round pizzas are also cooked in a brick oven pizza, on a very high temperature, which gives the pizza a great flavor leaving the integrity, chewy texture, and essence of the ingredients intact. The menu is a glorious combination of old and new school Italian cuisine with the touch of fusion. Locally sourced ingredients are incorporated whenever possible.

We went to Fusion @ Union to celebrate Mother’s Day. Right across from the Newburgh Mall, we had a pleasant meal as the it wasn’t packed and there was plenty of seating available outside. They even had a special Mother’s Day menu on top of their already large menu, which includes make you own pizza so you will definitely find something the every taste. They have mimosas with by the glass or bottomless for brunch. There is a bar too just in case you prefer bar seating. I believe they have a brick oven a must try and definitely recommend.

Haven’t been here for a while, but nothing has changed. It’s still great food and great service. Got the Nonna Romana pie which is a staple and a bbq chicken and pork one which I highly recommend. Cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Also try the fresh made fried mozzarella, it’s one of the best!

I have to say everything about this place was fantastic. The decor, the service and the food ! Friendly greeting as soon as we arrived, quick service and delicious food. I had the salad pizza and WOW!!..its different from what I have had at other restaurants and it was so tasty and perfect. Crust was delicious. I cleaned my plate with some help!

Four of us went here for a late lunch and had a great time. We sat in the bar area and were served by the bartender. She was super attentive and helpful and mixed a wicked margarita! The food was above average but not spectacular. We had a few wraps, a sandwich and a salad. Portions are good, quality good but just not inspiring. We like the atmosphere but while comfortable, also not unique or inspiring. Overall a very good experience with good value for the money. We will definitely be back!

Always have an awesome experience here. Frequently attend the bar area with friends. Eddy is always there behind the bar to take orders, and is a huge comedic relief compared to other bars, he definitely makes the experience more enjoyable. Great food and priced drinks too!

It was the first time we ordered from them. We got a regular personal pie and a 12″ Square Nuts and Bolts Pie. Both pies were cold upon delivery. Like literally cold. The regular pie was good but the nuts and bolts pie-Horrible. Went straight to garbage. Not only it was extremely salty it was burnt! You couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed. We tried calling the restaurant but no one picked up. 2 stars only because the personal pie was delicious.

This place is improving with every visit. Chicken Marsala and Penne Vodka were excellent and delicious. Good pizza, fun bar, nice service, good parking. Nice menu. Prices are a little high. Will be back for sure.

Waiter Joe was very friendly and personable service was great music was great all around great vibes and atmosphere. We order from the Roman Pie section and tried their Popeye pizza it has extra virgin olive oil,spinach, ricotta and shaved grana (we weren’t sure what it was but Joe explained it’s a type of cheese) overall very tasty we really enjoyed we also ordered truffle fries they good as well but I had better but still great we would love to visit again and try other things we had a great time
