You’re going to wait 30 min for ONE taco by itself. It’s ridiculous, I’ve worked in fast food before, we make full multiple burger meals in five minutes and get this Fuzzy’s takes over half an hour to make one taco. Do better

terrible service. i’m a unt student and got there at 11pm to eat. i ordered my food and waited over 40 min to receive it. when i went to go sit down to eat a worker came to me and told me to get up because she needed to clean the table. and then told me to eat standing up. i had already waited. awhile to eat and then get told to stand up to eat? then it was 11:45 and tried to order me some sopapillas because i wanted a desert and the lady told me they were closed. it was still open and still could get my order. this was a terrible experience . and it’s not the first time. when i opened my food it was all messed up and spilling everywhere. do not recommend

I like Fuzzy’s but this location is a little lacking in my opinion. The cash register lines are slow, even though they added a new system where customers can order on a tablet. The ordering system is much more confusing now. At my recent visit, they put a different kind of cheese than Fuzzy’s normally uses on their tacos. The refried beans do not look as appetizing as the ones at the other Fuzzy’s locations. The beans taste burned and crunchy. There are no free drink refills. The tacos taste great. I would rather go to the other fuzzy’s but this is more convenient.

Waited 20 minutes for a Baja burger and fries. It turned out that beef in the burger is totally cold. Seems that the burger is not fully cooked or microwaved. Fries are very salty. My second time with this bad experience. The location is perfect but they are not carefully making foods.

i have never had a worse restaurant experience. this fuzzys made me more upset than i have been ever in my life. when i went to order, the machine broke and i ended up waiting 15 minutes for it to reset. i ordered a cheese “enchilada” and recieved a tortilla with cheese on it. i ordered two sides, beans and rice, and got rice twice. i ordered chips and guac and got queso. this fuzzys truly did not do a single thing right. genuinely impressive.

hey why is it so hard to get food right? almost every time i order its wrong, and the one time i dont check they cheat me out of a dollar (not including the extra amount from tax). i wouldnt be this mad if it didnt happen every time, and if it didnt cost extra for guacamole
