Every year in July we come with a group of teenagers for lunch. 4 years or so ago, they had Trash Can Lid nachos, which were perfect – everyone could eat what they want and it didn’t break the bank. So we’ve been ordering that ever since for the same occasion. Last year, they stopped serving that item.

Fuzzys is one my favorite stops. The food quality is far above any fast food chain so, it is not really a fast food joint despite the appearance. “Self service restaurant” is a better description. This shop is in Waco and you can talk a nice walk along the river to “walk off” a few calories.

We had a great time! We come every year with our niece and nephews and have the trash can lid nachos. Last year we were told they didn’t do them anymore We asked this year and the chef said “of course” and made them! It was great. All of the employees were so nice and polite.

The staff wasn’t friendly. Food was not very good at all. There were only 4 other customers there, the music was way too loud. When placing our order the worker and us had to keep repeating ourselves because the music was so loud. At one point she misunderstood what I asked, said she’d bring us the queso. I had asked if they would bring it out. Well when they called our number there was queso on the tray. So, we got double. Had she been able to hear me correctly that could have been avoided. Seriously doubt we will be going back because of it being too loud and the food was nasty
