The food was excellent..I got a Veggie Calzone and was very happy with it. I was not so happy with the staff. The girl at the front register must not have been trained properly as she had to ask the cook a few times about the register. The cook at the time was yelling and verbally abusive. I felt sorry for the poor girl. Not sure if this is owned by the same gentleman who owned the Latham location. If so, I hope this is addressed. This was Saturday night 10/12.

The grubhub menu should be reflective of the items they sell and this isn’t the case and that’s causing the initial issue. Also the two employees were arguing over the cleanliness of the grease traps according to one “it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months” very loud which should also be addressed aside from the menu

My Family ate here for lunch while visiting the Aquarium at the Rotterdam mall. The food is absolutely amazing! We ordered the garlic parm fries, half dozen slices of pizza, garlic knots and even went back to get some canolis for the ride home. The staff was super helpful and informative. Even cut things open to show my 5 yr old daughter what was inside when she didn’t know what to order. Wonderful experience and Highly recommend! Get the garlic parm fries!! Each fry was perfectly cooked & crispy and coated with the parm mixture they were to die for!

This is why the young generation gets so much flack. 2 in the afternoon, here to grab some slices for lunch but they are not open. Really?? On a Saturday you do not open your pizza shop in a mall with limitless options as it is? Res assured they permanently lost my business and I will order and have pizza delivered.

The employee that is there today seems to think this place is a club and not a place where there are other people and children. I don’t appreciate the loud rap music that is coming from you store. It does not make for a good environment for families who want to bring their kids to this mall. Who wants to sit down and enjoy their lunch or dinner when there is loud obscene music. Not professional at all!

We asked for a small cheese pizza and a medium pizza. The small pizza never got made, the medium turned into a large. It was too expensive and the only water available was bottled. Screwed up our order and didn’t apologize!

The absolute best italian food rice balls are to die for, pinwheels-AMAZING! Eggplant parm-absolutely delicious! And the fried dough comes as balls unless you ask for it differently An is very good along with the canolis! Best canolis I’ve EVER had!!! Family owned and operated by ITALIANS and they are all so kind and really care about their business I drive all the way from perth to eat here regularly and i am never disappointed!

Cords from heater in case hanging down on the food. Kids outside not caring about customers waiting and hanging in the car. Used to love their food. Had to pass on it today 🙁
