This restaurant is confused on what it wants to be. I’ve given this place a chance a few times & the only thing good on the menu is their salads. Their Italian food is at best frozen food. The only good thing on their TexMex is the Nachos. I don’t know why they even bother with their Chinese/Asian dishes. Their creole/Cajun needs more flavor. The end. The wait stuff was friendly

My lady and I are always out looking for a great meal experience. That’s what we found at Gabbys, Tex-Mex and seafood. We had the Boudin balls to start with and both tried the seafood gumbo. Both were very tasty. The crowd was diverse and the weight staff were super friendly. I’m looking forward to going back for more of their menu.

The location was quaint & busy. There was a large party of 20 +/- but was still around a standard wait time for food. Service was decent but my order was wrong. I received sweet tea instead of unsweetened and steak Taco Salad instead of ground beef. The other 3 people in my party had rave reviews about the catfish, shrimp & oyster plater.

Some friends who frequent this place brought us to this local favorite. Service was outstanding, food wasn’t fancy/gourmet it was just plain delicious! We started with a small cup of seafood gumbo which was super flavorful with chunks of fish and shrimp. They had a wide variety of food types from seafood and burgers to Mexican and Italian. I had the most delicious coconut shrimp with marmalade jalapeno sauce with veggies and corn nuggets. Another dish that was served was an amazing looking Chile Relleno which came with beans and rice and piping hot melty cheese. Our glasses were kept full and they normally have a daily special that is a super good deal. It’s not fancy but definitely a great place for tasty comfort food.

Somewhat off the path but worth the stop if in that neck of the woods. The food was hot, well seasoned. I had the fish and shrimp, which was cooked to perfection. Greeted with a welcoming smile.
