I stop here every chance I get when I go through Villa Rica. The corn & crab bisque is rich, decadent and creamy unctuousness with a beyond tasty bread bowl to eat that has soaked up the soup. Along with the buffalo shrimp has a spicy kick just delicious. Satisfaction every time.

Date night with husband food was excellent and server Daniel was Awesome. I had Chicken Motzerella and He had Jambalaya not disappointed would recommend highly. But to top off great meal the bread pudding dessert was to good for words. Great night.

This place is always a pleasure to visit. The food is phenomenal and the drinks are out of this world as well. Kelli and Sean are super dope hosts as well as every server we’ve had here. Their personality and charm certainly add to the value and experience. Frankly, even if the service sucked the food would be worth it. Kelli and Sean made us some concoction called “Sage Grey” and whatever was in it was absolutely delicious. Apparently You can have it made with gin or vodka.. I think the gin hits those earthy notes you’d want, even if you didn’t like earthy notes. I wanted to drink it with my pinky up. Killer spot.

I asked for a Cajun Tour (Seafood Etouffee, Jambalaya, Red beans and Rice) witch is not on the menu and they prepared it for me. The food was very good complimented with an awesome wine.

It was a busy night (Friday) but the wait was not more than 20 minutes. The dinner special was a 12oz ribeye, paired with garlic mashed potatoes. You cannot beat the food at Gabe’s!
