So far, I’ve tried the pork potato, the pork mac and cheese, pork sandwich, and mayo coleslaw. All were amazing. The meat has an excellent smoky flavor. The BBQ sauce is sweet with a very amall hint of heat. Still waiting to try the smoked balogna. They were out of stock on this visit, but had some on the smoker for tomorrow. There is a great group of ladies that run this joint. Go pay them a visit. I hear the ribs and desserts are on point, too.
