Absolutely delicious. We are there for a second time yesterday and the food was as amazing as it was last winter when we came by for the first time. Everything is flavorful and tastes fresh, and nothing is laden down with sugar (including the lemonade and desserts). You can tell that the food is made from scratch. It’s just that good.

I wandered into Gaby’s while on a walk and stumbled into the most delicious meal and wonderful atmosphere. The owners were amazing and helpful. I look forward to returning for that amazing stroganoff & Pilsner on tap!

Can’t believe there is such a delicious restaurant in Lakewood! I grew up eating German food so the flavor reminded me of home. Apart from the Pierogi, the food is freshly made to order. The Schnitzel was delicious and you have to pair it with the Dill cucumber salad. They also have a good selection of beers. The place is tiny so make sure to make a resi! What a hidden gem!!

The food here is phenomenal! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I can tell they only use real, fresh ingredients. I’ve been to Germany and had schnitzel there, and Gabys is better.

What a wonderful place! I took a Croatian friend here for her birthday and she was beside herself with happiness with the quality of food she’d loved since childhood. The staff are so welcoming and engaging and patient in fielding questions from folks like me that may not know the ins and outs of German food. I really loved this experience and the sense of community with everyone there. We will be back! 🙂

Definitely some of the tastiest schnitzel I’ve ever had. High quality ingredients and care make for an incredible intense flavor that’s just well made overall. Cozy old school and family atmosphere make it a great classic mom and pop eatery. Definitely will be back

We shared mothers day lunch here and it was incredible. The service was only overshadowed by the incredible food.

How have I never heard of this place until today? Walked in and it’s like your having dinner at a close family members house. The food was delicious and had all the comfort of being home-cooked by family. This will be our new repeat spot! Absolutely delicious!!

I lived in Europe for 5 years and have had loads of trips to Germany, this is hands down the most authentic German cuisine in Denver! Not only is it authentic but it’s delicious as well! I tried to order just about the whole menu and every dish was so good. The atmosphere and staff are friendly and welcoming. This is truly a hidden gem. You have to check it out.
