I hired Gaby’s Tacos Food Truck for my wife’s 50th birthday party. My contact, Jessica, showed up on time as did the truck. It took them about 30 minutes to set up and get ready to start taking orders from our guests. Their food tasted great and their service was excellent. Our guests were able to order from the entire menu and I heard nothing but rave reviews. I highly recommend them for your party or find out where they are parked in Oceanside and see for yourself how great their food is. I will use them at my next big event. You should too.

100% worth it!! best quesadilla i’ve ever had! the workers are all genuinely such good people, and all of the food is made with such love. they even have a super fun dj during the weekend! i was unfortunately only in oceanside on vacation for week, but i will be back in the future.

Went on taco Tuesday. Tacos were $2 except the seafood. The pastor was OK didn’t have that flavor I was looking for. But they have seating and tables. They offer consumers with the birria quesadillas, that was tasty. And yes they are in a parking lot. But they have a tent and shade

We wanted to find LA style food trucks with good Mexican food and this is the spot to go to! Their food is great and the make it all nice and fresh. We had the tacos, and burritos, and quesadillas. We loved it all and the salsa options are just as great as the food! We will certainly be back for more wish I would have taken pictures but it was way to good .

Oh my goodness, I’m straight away writing a review because I’m in heaven! It might have been because I was starving, haha, but the 3 adobada tacos I had were absolutely PERFECT!!! I go to Baja a lot to surf, and this is just as good as my favorite places in Rosarito and Ensenada. This is my first visit and I’m definitely coming back.
