The staff is very friendly and the food is fresh. Wings are plump and juicy (not crispy at all if that’s your thing) and the salads are MASSIVE. Great spot for take out on an evening where you don’t want to cook.

Ordered a few steaks on our way to the airport. They were pretty good. The woman at the counter was really helpful, and cut the sandwich into pieces for us since we were eating in the truck on the road. The only issue was I ordered one without onions but they both had onions. Not the end of the world, but took a little more time to have another one remade. Either way, the flavor was good. It’s worth trying.

Definitely not the same Gaetano’s I remember eating at about 15 or more years ago when they were located off North Maple Ave. The quality of the sandwich was poor. There was barely any meat (which was chopped to death), I was given raw onions instead of fried like I requested, and it was smothered with a canned cheese sauce which was disgusting. The old Gaetano’s cheesesteak were filled with meat, had real fried onions, and real cheese. They must’ve changed ownership because it was one of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Never going back.

Called, told me that they were closed and to call back later and hung up on me before I said anything. What if I was looking to place an order for tomorrow or a birthday party? This was 40 minutes before close. I come here for the service and whoever the new hires are need training. The food is ok, but service is what’s most important in places like this.

Not only was the in-person customer service bad Marissa M to be exact. I got home to molded bread. I called and spoke with Marissa M and her only response was “well ok we just threw it out”. No apology for the inconvenience at all. I trashed my entire meal. The service left a bad taste in my mouth and so did the food LITERALLY. Will not be returning Do Not Recommend.

Cheesesteak was very disappointing. It was not chipped steak but was a giant chopped up Steakum. Tasted like processed meat. The most expensive Steakum ever. Don’t get scammed by this franchise store.

I ordered two cheesesteaks for my son and I, one with fried onions on the side and one with fried onions. What I received was one cheesesteak with raw onions and ZERO cheese (as pictured) and one cheesesteak with fried onion on it when it should have been on the side.

Last summer, I went to Pat’s in Philly because my kids were wanting an authentic Philly cheese steak. It wasn’t like they used to be. Either we went on a bad day, or things have declined there. The less-than-generous portion of meat was so cold, it didn’t even melt the cheese. It tasted ok.

I ordered from here about a few days ago and I got grilled cheese with ham as pictured below. It was really delicious and added extra cheese of course although they do put on a lot of ham. Me I just like a little bit but overall was a great sandwich. I usually order a half size of buffalo fries they used to be so good years ago but something has changed about them now I don’t really care for them but when I do add ranch in with them it’s so yummy maybe the fries seem to be to mushy maybe they need to be well done. Who knows.
